Telephone answering

• Our telephone service includes: 24/7 availability, professional welcome message, Amsterdam telephone number, call routing & scheduling and advanced call forwarding. How it works: You can choose your own local Amsterdam telephone number and even other area codes and international phone numbers. Each call to your phone number will be answered with a professional welcome greeting that has been set up for your account. At this point, the caller has to choose the person or department he or she is trying to reach. These calls are routed to the appropriate number, just like the automated internal switching systems of big companies. Call screening allows you to accept a call or send the caller to your voicemail. Voicemail is available by telephone or email. Telephone answering services by a receptionist start at EUR 25,– per month ex VAT.

Mail forwarding

• We forward your mail correspondence from Amsterdam to any worldwide location. All post leaves via PostNL by Priority Mail and is charged at cost price. To make sure the forwarded mail arrives in perfect condition, we use special Tyvek envelopes with the following properties: light weight, tear resistant, water resistant, chemical resistant, class A flammability rating, anti-static, neutral Ph and 100% recyclable. We know your mail is important to you and handle it with the best possible care.
